Delete your Chalkroom Board account

Delete in the app or on the web

1. Sign in to Chalkroom Board.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm using your password. If your account has no password, follow the displayed confirmation instructions.

You can use the web app at https://board.chalkroom.pro instead of installing the Android app.

Request deletion by email

Email ninjadeveloper35@gmail.com from your registered account address with the subject "Chalkroom Board account deletion". Include the account email or username and say that you want the account and its owned boards deleted. We will verify account ownership before deleting anything. Never send your password.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the active personal account record, its owned boards, their uploaded files and associated account data. An owned shared board is deleted for everyone who had access. Your Board Pro waitlist entry associated with that account email is also removed.

What can remain

Deleting your account does not delete boards owned by other people. Contributions you made to those boards may remain. Earlier copies may remain in restricted backups until they are replaced; limited records may be retained where necessary for security or applicable legal obligations. Current board data is not deleted just because its edit history expires.

Organisation-managed accounts

If your account belongs to a school or another organisation, ask its Chalkroom administrator to remove it. You can contact the support email above if you need help identifying the appropriate route.

Guests

Guests can ask the board owner to remove contributions or contact the support email for assistance with a guest-session data request. Include the board link or other identifying context without sending passwords or private link secrets to unintended recipients.
